Your responsibilities include:
Financial management of all hotel services
Recruit and manage quality staff
Engage customers and look into customer queries/ complaints
Supervise the hotel premises and address any issues
Ensure complaince of the hotel with statutory norms of health and safety
Analyse financial records and devise marketing strategies accordingly
Drive business effectively You will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by listening to client requirements and taking prompt action. You will be the interface between the sales team and customer service.
Achieve sales target for a portfolio of accounts
Effective communication and quick resolution of client issues
Maintain repeat business and identify new sales opportunities You will be required to assist the Accounts Manager in the delivering a pleasant customer experience.
Overseeing of account receivable and payable from time to time
Process all bills in time to avoid any inconvenience
Prepare sales reports to be presented to senior management
Compute taxes and prepare file returns
Provide all statistical information to be submitted to Govt. You will be heading the office and your skills and attitude will decide the first impressions of any guest to the hotel.
Your responsibilities include:
Overseeing administrative activities
Handling room availability
Coordinating all front desk activities like calls, reservations and guest services
Ensuring timely customer service
Attending to customer complaints and resolving them quickly
Preparing and monitoring office budget You will be in charge of a host of activities of the front office such as:
Greeting each guest
Filling their registration form and assigning rooms
Handle payment procedures
Track room availability and manage check- in and check- out timings.
Handle calls with proper etiquette
Report any unusual occurrences or requests to the front office manager
Maintain a clean and clutter- free front desk area No. of Vacancies: 4
Rooms are made as per company standard
Develop and implement housekeeping procedures
Maintain sufficient stock of housekeeping supplies
Prepare annual housekeeping budget
Resolving guest complaints
On- the- job training of new staff
Coordinating preventive maintenance of rooms Your role is to supervise and coordinate the activities of room keepers and direct all daily housekeeping functions.
Serve as a communication interface between guests and housekeeping staff.
Coordinate assigning of work according to the list of vacant rooms to be cleaned and prospective checkouts.
Communicate effectively with the Front Office and other departments
Schedule cleaning of different sections of the hotel and major periodic cleaning projects
Attend to guest complaints
